1. Who we are
OmiPlay is a free online multiplayer card-game platform operated by ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD (“we”, “us”). By using OmiPlay you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and guest play
You may play as a guest or register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Guest sessions are temporary and tied to your browser; guest history and statistics may be removed at any time.
3. Fair play
Games are played with server-enforced rules and a cryptographically secure shuffle. Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, harassing other players, or attempting to disrupt the service is prohibited and may lead to suspension or removal of your account.
4. No gambling
OmiPlay is for entertainment only. No real money, wagers, prizes, or anything of monetary value is involved in any game on this platform.
5. Content and conduct
Display names, avatars, and bios must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on anyone’s rights. We may edit or remove content that violates these terms.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Live games may be interrupted by maintenance or capacity limits.
7. Intellectual property
The OmiPlay name, design, and software are the property of ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD. All rights reserved. Traditional card-game rules themselves are public domain.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
