1. What we collect
For registered accounts: username, email address, display name, optional bio and avatar, and your language preference. For guests: only a display name and a temporary session. For gameplay: rooms joined, matches, moves, results, and statistics.
2. How we use it
We use this data to run games, show profiles, leaderboards and match history, keep games fair, and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and to maintain your game session. No third-party tracking cookies are set.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in our database hosted with our hosting provider. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to production data is restricted.
5. Visibility of your data
Your display name, avatar, and (if enabled in settings) statistics and recent matches are visible to other players. You can hide stats and recent matches from your profile settings. Email addresses are never shown publicly.
6. Guest data
Guest accounts are temporary. Guest profiles, history, and statistics may be deleted automatically and are not recoverable.
7. Your rights
You may update your profile at any time from settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
8. Children
OmiPlay is a general-audience card-game site and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
